3 years Management Trainee program to develop the candidates to become
our future leader who will make positive impacts to millions of people
around the world. The program consist of rotational based projects in
Indonesia as well as international overseas rotation, real on-the-job
experience across different business units, fun exciting working

UFLP
2013 is open for Customer Development, Marketing, Supply Chain,
Finance, and Human Resources. We are looking for candidates who have:
1. Bachelor or Master Degree (not more than 2 year of working experience)
2. Strong academic track record (GPA>3) from reputable University
3. Strong Leadership/Extracurricular/Life experience activities which display the following:
· Well-roundedness and varied exposure/ maturity
· Clarity of purpose for having a career
· Growth mindset and external focus
· Leadership role and team experience
