Responsibilities:
1. HR – MAN POWER
PLANNING (MPP)
a. Develop annual
total Manpower strategy for Production and Office area
b. Manpower
planning operation & maintaining its indicator to lead recruitment
operation
c. Analyzing
manpower impact to labor cost
d. Involve in
Productivity improvement
2. HR - Organizational
Development (OD)
a. Analyze root
causes for organizational problems and recommend corrective actions
b. Develop
strategic plan for achieve organizational goals
c. Develop best
practices to improve organizational performance and effectiveness
d. Identify
performance gaps and determine training needs
With those responsibilities you will be
coordinating with Plant function, Production control and Top management.
Requirements:
1.
UNIVERSITY Graduate, majoring from
Industrial Engineer with GPA > 3.00 (scale of 4.00)
2.
Preferably maximum age is 28
years old
3.
Fresh Graduate or having 1 – 2 year experience
in the same field will be advantages.
4.
Good in Logical Number (HR-MPP), strong in
analysis, and Computer Literature (Excel spread Sheet & Database
program related)
5.
Strive for excellence and high willingness to
learn
6.
High initiative and good teamwork
7.
Fluent in English both oral & written
